Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or relevant experience in sales of capital market products
- Able to work independently and self-motivated
- High pressure resistance
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Japanese
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Oversea education background or working experiences would be a plus (USA or Japan)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Job Scope:
- Maintain customer basic files
- Making annual sales plan with team
- Monitor, review and report of the marketing plans and projects.
- Monitor Sales Representative activities.
- Responsible for execution of marketing program and able to work closely with the sales team to develop customized trade marketing activities.
- Ability to strategize business plans and monitor trade marketing activities
- Any other duties/assignment as and when directed/assigned by the superior as per business requirement from time to time.
