Sales Executive

Qualifications:

1.At least 2 yrs experiences on sales& marketing aspect.

2.Worked at recruitment agency is an advantage.

3.Languages: Mandarin,English & Bahasa Melayu

Job Scope:

1.Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and research potential clients or leads.
  • Generate new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

2.Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:

  • Present the company’s services to potential clients.
  • Customize presentations to match the needs and preferences of individual clients.

3.Negotiation and Closing Deals:

  • Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to close sales.
  • Address any objections or concerns raised by prospects.
  • Prepare and finalize contracts or agreements.

4.Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Resolve any issues or complaints raised by clients in a timely and effective manner.

5.Market Intelligence and Feedback:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer insights and market intelligence.
