Job Description
- Experience in setup and troubleshooting semiconductor equipment (laser marking, AOI, assemblies).
- Track and report daily production output, including materials, equipment, and labor.
- Monitor staff, materials, and equipment productivity for maximum efficiency.
- Develop procedures for assembly, inspection, and testing of equipment.
- Document engineering improvements for future reference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineers to resolve production issues.
- Ensure product and process quality meets required specifications.
- Proficiency in DMAIC tools such as Fishbones, PFMEAs, Cpk, and GRnR.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and training for technicians.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or Diploma with 2 years of experience in setting up automation equipment.
- Proficient knowledge of automated assembly lines.
- Experience in Semiconductor Assembly and Test environment, particularly with laser marking, AOI/Vision Inspection machines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
